1. A detailed program plan is agreed with our client
2. Risk Assessments & Method Statements completed prior to work commencement
3. Our team, led by an SMSTS qualified Site Manager establishes a presence on site, supported by SSSTS Qualified Site Supervisors
4. All team members are either CCDO or CSCS carded as a minimum
5. All recyclable and reusable materials such as timber, metal, plastics, plasterboard are removed using Soft Strip techniques
6. Daily toolbox talks ensures the team follow a dynamic methodology that is safe, efficient, and cost effective
7. All waste is segregated and a detailed waste report is provided
8. Handing back a safe, clean, clear site to our client
